this is what the factory engine looked like (note:this is in my moms backup car,got to exited and forgot to take pics of mine before)
this is how my engine looks now.braided some vacum hoses and upper radiator hose,got a painted up distributer w/ blue cap,plugs,and morosso wire looms.
brand spankin new carb on it when i got the car
2bbl single plane intake im planin on puttin on. they came w/ dual plane intakes. adds a lil more power while being easy on gas unlike a 4bbl carb and intake
the original intake dual plane intake on the left and the single plane intake on the right.
my create motor lol. i was gettin all my parts before i tore my motor apart and i set everything on a milk create
i painted my rear axle white
how it used to look. someone had painted it red.
painted my rear brake drums white also
and the rear pinion snubber
painted my upper control arms and the brake calipers white
brand new trush turbo mufflers. puttin duals all the way back and runnin em under the bottom of the quarter panels
mufflers just pokin out behind the rear axle
the right tailpipe hung before so we could do from the mufflers back

$60 upper radiator hose
$60 heater hoses
$10 allen head intake bolts
$10 billet breather cap for the valve cover
$10 billet power steering cap
$6 chrome throttle return spring bracket

1/25/08-bought a chrome water neck to go with my chrome hoses for about $15

2/25/08-on my way to work at 5:30 AM cruizin down the road there was some ratteling,then a big thump and the motor died,threw it in nutral and turned the key and it fired up,put it in drive and nothing,coasted to my grandparents house and called my dad to pick me up. after work we went to got get it and found out the rear end went out. got it home and pulled the cover and found this...
the pin is all bent to shit
two of the spider gears were layin in the bottom of the housing. one completely broke in half
pinion gear all chewed to shit
the hole for the pin is all beat to hell cuz it sheard the bolt off that holds it in

3/10/08-well my battery kept goin dead in the cold so i ploped down $185 and bought a optima battery,this should help it in those cold mornins,and durin the car shows when im playin PS2 and listenin to the stereo

4/17/08- finally got my $120 hoses on.

4/22/08- got my chrome throttle return bracket on. i was gonna put my allen head intake bolts on to but they are to short

4/23/08-bought $12 chrome throttle return springs. i could only use the smaller spring as it the big one made the gas pedal WAY to stiff.
