Yo man, I've seen this bronco in Edmonton when it was fosale.. nice buy, BUT...fords old 2.9 auto tranny is junky.. I've had an 88 Ranger auto...and a 90 BII with an auto in it.. both blew up on me...what did i do ? Bought a parts truck with a 5 speed in it..and swaped that shit out, sounds like a hearty task..but it's not that bad.. you gotta swap out the pedal perches...there's a hole in your firewall already to bolt in the clutch cylender. change flywheels.. and front and rear drive shafts.. but it's worth it for sure.. i did it both on my ranger..and my bronco. never looked back. - Justin
