pics to come soon!!!
this is my dads project and basically its a 1972 Plymouth duster with a slant 6 and a 4 speed. not sure if the 4 speed is stock. outer body is in really good shape interior will need replaced and floor boards and truck floor need replaced.
the future calls for a v8 probably a 360 with about 400 hp, body work and paint and new interior, rims and tires, just the usual stuff.

Sweet ride, love the engine! I read your comment on allSTROKEDout's profile. As for my 73 duster, it has power steering and the engine does sit differently, it has a 225ci to 360ci conversion motor mounts. I can't look at the car right now, it's at the paint shop, but I am pretty sure it sits a little offset to the left an inch or two (but it is 100% vertically straight). And the headers were a pain to fit with the power steering, they are Hedman street headers, but we finally got them in by dropping the engine halfway inside the bay, installing the headers very loosely, dropping it in, then tightening the headers into place. Good luck on yours, i hope to see the finished product.

Hey, thanks for stopping and looking at my duster, yours looks wayy cleaner, cant get much better! My duster is manual steering, we have a 1968 roadrunner with power steering that made mea bit afraid of the problem you may be running into with the clearance..as far as how the engine sits, it looks pretty straight, from the firewall it doesnt look crooked at all..good luck with your projects, ill be watching! if you need any help or pictures of something ill do what i can.

www.dustersonline.com Just wanted all the duster owners on cardomain that i'm working on our very own Duster site (www.dustersonline.com). At this point the forums is up and running and pages are under construction. Come join us in the FORUMS and show your support. This will be a Duster only site, lets face it all the high price mopars get way more love than our underdog Duster, so this site is just for us. Hope to meet you in the forums soon. HardRockR

Very cool. My buddy and I trailered my Duster to the Vegas Mopar show to show off the car dolly we made. You wouldn't believe the compliments I got on that color. People kept asking if the car was for sale. I can't wait to get it moving under its own power. Anyway, nice work on your dads Duster. 5 *'s.
