WIRING: THE BIG 3
I added "The Big 3" after I replaced the stock battery wires. The Big 3 consists of:
1) Battery negative to chassis
2) Alternator to battery positive
3) Chassis to engine
1) Is hard to take a picture because it runs under the battery tray. Also there was no need for another batter negative to chassis since I already upgraded the stock battery negative to chassis. One connection was good enough for me.
2) This was the longest connection. I ran the cable across the cooling fans with a fuse as seen below.

Unfortunately I did not have enough inputs/outputs on the battery terminals. So I used a distribution block and ran the 2nd Big 3 and the positive cable to the main fuse block into one.

3) This was the easiest. The alternator is mounted to the engine so one end of the cable I connected there and used a self tapping screw on the side of the engine compartment.

This was not the exact thread I used for my car but the concept is the same.
