.45" G10 Phenolic Intake Spacer
Came with all the necessary parts, simply took off the upper intake manifold, cleaned up the old gasket material, put down a gasket, the spacer, and another gasket, and then put it all back together! I couldn't fit in the dowels that were provided to keep it in line, so I just put all the bolts in and slowly tightened them down while making sure it was staying on straight. Other thing was I wasn't used to using an inch-lb torque wrench and I was expecting loud clicks when it was torqued to the appropriate torque like with bigger torque wrenches... needless to say I snapped one of the bolts and was very lucky I didn't ruin my upper by losing the bolt inside or stripping it out! I put tissue inside the holes to prevent any debris from getting in and used steel wool to clean up the surfaces before reinstalling everything to ensure a good contact surface for the new gaskets. Here's a couple pictures of it apart.

After the install took it out for a run and it does have a noticeably stronger pull in the lower RPM's which made for a much more fun driving experience especially since I installed my new metal IAC restrictor and just hearing that lovely growl in those low RPM's! Highly recommended mod(s)!
