Hello, my name is Danny and this is my page. I am an Iraqi Freedom Veteran and I currently live back in my home town of Las Vegas, NV. I was wounded overseas and my mobilty isnt what it should be for a 25 year old. Anyone with back problems knows how difficult it can be to work on a car. But it is in my heart and what I love to do. I am the proud owner of a piece of American history. A 1962 Studebaker Lark. Studebaker, Packard, Edsel, all rare cars that some people have never even heard of. When I drive down the street I get many strange looks. People who remember the car smile and wave and you can see in their eyes that it brings back some type of memory. People who cant tell what the car is look the most intrigued. They ask tons of questions and I try to answer them with the best of my ability. I try to give them a little history on the car, and I also tell them about Kustom Kulture and the plans I have. The Lark was a very light car, no bigger than the early Ford Falcons. Which makes having a Chevy 350 even more fun. With my TCI tranny I dont lose any power throughout any RPM range really. But, I try not to get going too fast concidering I have all around drum brakes about the size of a VW beetle. I'm a bit of a lead foot but I also love to just cruise in the slow lane. Either way I always get a smile, honk, or a thumbs up. Which makes all the busted knuckles, trial and error, and grease in my eyes worth while. haha. ENJOY!
