This is my car. 1993 Chevrolet Cavalier Z24 Convertible.

This pic was taken shortly after I bought the car in May '02 so I could get some pics online to show my friends all over North America. I had many plans for the car, including stereo upgrades and window tint. I never thought I'd do the main modification that ended up on my car.

In early August, driven buy disapproval from the parental units, I ordered up a Fast Bags kit from my buddy Nate at Dreamakers Kustoms in my hometown Tunkhannock, PA. While the car was in the shop (the transformation took about a week) I also had a custom sub box built, new rims/tires, and tinted windows.

As you can see here, my fast bags run off compressed Nitrogen. The 168ft3 tank can last anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 weeks, depending on how much you bang the switches. Things in the trunk are a bit cramped. I had very few choices for where to mount an amp. At first, I though I'd be pulling all the cables back through to the passenger compartment. Instead, I checked the lengths and finally decided on a new approach. Rather than trying to tuck it away in a corner, where I could risk denting or scratching it while changing the bottle, or mounting it out of sight on the back side of the box, I opted to purchase another bottle bracket for a little experiment.
Page 2 shows more about the fast bags, while Page 3 showcases the stereo install. Also, check out my Truck under the username "tiny91Bronc"
