This is my 1991 Ford Explorer XLT. It has a 4.0 Liter V6 that produces a stock 160 hp. I was able to put some Mickey Thompson 15x8" rims and some Trail King mud tires. She runs great, and I have had very few problems with it so far. I got my true dual exhaust for it. Cost me $85 to change it over. The mufflers are handmade glass packs with rifling in them. They make the truck sound great! The exhaust tips are stainless steel Silverlines with a 3" outlet. The whole set up makes it sound like a V8 idling, but when you get on it, it has a "rackly cackly" V6 sound to it. It's just as loud, if not louder, than any other truck around (unless they have straight pipe). The custom exhaust with exhaust tips and glass packs cost about $385. It used to have the cats on it, y-ed out to the two glass packs. It wasn't loud enough for me. Now it sets off car alarms everywhere I go.
