The interior is fairly stock - but in line to the goal of the design to remain as "factory" looking as possible. Minor touchups/ adjustments have been made. A "SC" supercoupe airbag has been installed. The cluster is from a sourpercoupe with a 200KPH speedo, boost/vac gauge, and a few mods made to the cluster to function more to my liking. A center din-slot gauge cluster was added and the climate controls and head unit were moved down to keep the added gauges closest to the eyes reach. The image to the right shows a mock up pick I took where the drivers mirror housing will be used as an exterior gauge pod for 2 additional temp gauges. Alternate accommodations for side view mirror will be made. The interior is showing it's age being a 1995 model year car. I have not yet selected seats for the front, but the overall interior is going to be black (not offered in 94 - 97 t-birds) or perhaps like the camel and black 2 - tone offered in some mustangs of the same year.Final plans are currently underway for the drivetrain. I'll be converting to a 302 for the benefits of a more narrow block design. The expected plan of action is to bore and stroke the clock, run forged internals, and a supercharger. This will be backed by a T-56 manual tranny and a 03 Cobra IRS rear. For this build I have gathered the following components:2001 GM T-56 trans, console - 2003 Cobra IRS to replace stock IRS, steering column - rest, clutch, gas, & brake pedals - crossmember - Mark VIII LSC specific fuel tank to accommodate dual exhaust, block, heads, and other accessories. Still alot needed but in this economy I've got to inch forward when I can.
