I bought this '99 S80 T6 at the end of January '07 and am finally starting to play with it a bit. As most of you already know the aftermarket scene for this ride is severly lacking so that means nearly everything must be fabricated.

Rather than replace faulty items as they arrise with OE stuff I have been looking for performance oriented alternatives. The first of which came in the form of an atmospheric dump valve from Forge Motorsports. The car was throwing a code for a massive vacuum leak and after extensive vacuum system testing I discovered a faulty recipricating dump valve, rather than go with a stock replacement I chose the Forge Dual Piston Ram Dump Valve. Who doesn't mind a little WOOOSSSHHHH! From their car now and again... plus the looks on peoples faces when a Volvo blows off is priceless.

I got bored and desided to modify the grill which has lead to building a custom intake. See page 2 for that progress.

It sucks to be stuck in Germany since the US Military now has to comply with TUV regulations for all aftermarket products. Basically I am going to have to wait until I get back to California to get the 5% tint done and order the wheels. I'm looking at the Alloy Technologies AT695:
