These are photos of my truck from Blacks Automotive. These pics were taken a few days before I bought it.

Here is a little info about the 2001 lightning
Ford SVT F-150 Lightning

Engine: 5.4-liter SOHC V-8 with Eaton supercharger and water-to-air intercooler (10 pounds of boost pumping out about 400 hp)

Output: 380 hp @ 4750 rpm; 450 lb-ft @ 3250 rpm

Transmission: Four-speed automatic, rear-wheel drive

Length x width x height: 208.0 in x 79.1 in x 70.9 in

Wheelbase: 119.8 in

Curb weight: 4670 lb

EPA City/Hwy: 13/17 mpg

I called SVT and found out my truck is production # 1,396 out of 6,381
Build Date: 3-01-2001

Inside Mods
-After Market Kenwood Cd/mp3 player with HD Radio and XM Radio
-XM Radio
-Infinity Tweeters

Outside MODS
-After Market 18 inch polished rims with Eagle F1 tires.
These suckers are 10 inches wide!
-Dual Magnaflow Exhaust. This really made the difference of night and day.
-Tint all the way around and I do mean ALL the way. Front window is 100% as dark as the sides
-The slidding rear window is gone and replaced with a reguar solid one. The truck came this way when I bought it and not sure why. All lightnings came with a slidder.

Wish list of soon to get items are as follows
-New front bumber and a bra to help protect it
-K&N cold air intake (extra 15 hp)
-Maybe a 4LB lower puller (extra 50 hp at the rear wheels)

If any one else has any ideas for hp gains leave me a msg.
Maybe a larger throttle body

Just added! - Well I followed my polls advice and I Took off the dual flowmaster 40 series after only 2 months. They just didnt sound right on this truck. I replaced them with Dual Magnaflow glasspacks(stright pipe no chambers) and WOW Sounds great! This truck really has a rumble just at idle and a real throaty deep growl when I barely touch the gas and screams when flored. Best move I made was adding these ones on. Not to mention they are stainless steel and really shinny adding a little more appreaence under the truck.
