Here are a few details on my current swap in progress. Its a pretty much stock 5.0L out of my recently wrecked 92 GT. The purpose of the build is to achieve the best street machine my wallet can afford to take to drift events, autocross, and road racing. My 92 was my daily driver that was slowly recieving sn95 brakes and suspension mods which is why my mod list seems small on this car.

The car actually sits level to the 1/16th of an inch!

Unfortunately my other two 01/04 wheels were damaged. Need to get two more. As far as the hood, its from a 1995 GT that I got fro trading a bare 8.8 axle housing. Too bad I didn't know that This V6 car has a 7.5 axle, so now i need to look for another 8.8 down the road!

You can't tell it, but this car is lowered, those ugly 15s and tiny tires don't fill the wheel wells right. I thinking of getting the cobra deep dishes, but we'll see...

This shows how tight the gap bwtween the engine and fan is. You can also see whats left of my wiring nightmare...

Needs only minor bodywork, replaced panel on RH A-Pillar, fill this scrape up on the front bumber, and a few minor dents on the RH side (one needs a few pulls from my stud welder then some gorilla hair...

As you can see I still need a RR refleftor and a spoiler. It came with just the studs!

And finally, you can't stop the signal...

hey, the car is coming along nicely. i am about to do the same motor swap to my 95 stang, just wondering how you went about the wiring job? did you use the harness out of your 1992, did you get one from a 95 gt, or did you use a painless wiring harness? i hope you can help me with this, it's hard to find info on this transplant. later
