"You shouldn't waste time modding an ES or a Camry!" is the all-to-common line on some of the forums by the snobs, FWD-haters, etc. Why here's a quote from one of the boards just today, "I wont lie modding a camry is a bad idea, all it will ever be is a cheep fwd economy car and no matter how much money you put into it, thats all it will be." *sigh*
True car nuts know you "dance with who brung ya" and you always work to take care of, and to improve whatever you have.
JPI in Garland, TX was not shaken. They'd never modded an ES (they specialize in Lexus/Toyota service and maintenance with a touch of modding), but they were eager for something new and challenging. I think when you see the pics below, you'll agree that Lexus should've offered this stance to begin with.
