Since we liked the '06 Monte we rented to travel to the Monte Nats in Nashville, TN, I decided to look into purchasing one.
The local Chevy dealer had a 3LT and SS. Both were nice and I'd have loved the SS but at $30,000 for a close to year old car I kept looking.
The woman at the Chevy dealer was a great help and the dealership even purchased two lease '06 Montes for me to look over. One a 3LT and the other an LTZ. Both cars were silver with the LTZ being the higher end car with heated leather seats and moon roof.
On 10/05/06 I became the owner of a 2006 LTZ Monte.
Also on the car:
Onstar, AM/FM/XM 6 disk CD stereo with search function and MP3 capability, 6 way power front seats, illuminated vanity mirrors, tach, duel tripometers, power windows/doors/trunk release, power/heated outside mirrors, remote start feature, emergency trunk release, A/C, tilt, cruise, delay wipers, inside rear view has self dimming feature, rear defroster, stand up rear spoiler, factory aluminum wheels, hands free calling. Eveything but the kitchen sink.
