Just a few pic's of the intake manifold gasket and injector repair.
After getting the injectors back from Cruzin Performance it was time for reassembly with new Felpro gaskets and the new BBK Billet Aluminum Adjustable Fuel Regulator set at 46 psi. With a new ACDelco fuel pump relay and ignition module there are no more hard starting issues. I cleaned off all the surface rust on the EGR Valve and applied POR 15 to prevent any further.
I'm not sure how effective the Hood Vents are, but they sure look COOL!
