Well hello everyone, this is my 97 eclipse gs sleeper project. This car when i bought it was bone stock except for the spoiler, and the flame decals. Soon after purchasing the vehicle, I picked up a new set of rims and tires.
as you can see the flames were peeling off fairly bad, and the clear coat on the bumpers and side skirts was all orange peeled, and chipping.
soon after I got the rims, and tires, i decided it was time for the car the meet the ground, because stock ride height just isnt right on any car. If you notice the wheel gap in the picture above, compared to the following pictures there is a large difference.
After the coil overs and everything, i decided that if I was going to build a sleeper car, I couldnt have flames on it, so the flames were removed, and a VIS Racing Body kit was added because the front bumper had a large crack in it from the previous owner.
