My 79 Fiat SpiderThis is one day in February, just pulled her out to get some fresh air.A new black canvas top will be installed this year. I have since added Fiamm air horns, performed the brown wire fix as well and the headlight relay and cleaned all grounds. What a difference with the headlights, windshield wipers and starting and idling;hasnt run better than now. I would like to keep it as original as I can. The underbody is absolutely without rust. It came with dual Webers 40IDF's. I had them rebuilt last year as well as a distributor refresh. Runs great. Absolutely no sign of any front end damage...could use a radiator soon. I will post some new pics soon of the new additions. These next photos were taken October 07. I have a new black canvas top ready for installation. It runs perfect now. Most of the summer I was looking for electrical demons. I need to replace the motor mounts and possibly tires. This year I have changed all the grounds, alternator regulator and new battery because of the regulator, performed the brown wire fix, added headlight relays and a hazard switch that was causing me havoc.

Wow, I have a 79 Spider 2000 as well with the twin 40IDFs. Have you had any rich fuel burning problems with the dual 40's? Can you email me? lordsiris at pcshuttle dot com

Wow, nicest Fiat I have ever seen. I would go with a different soft-top colour, but still beautiful!
