Hi, welcome to my page. This is my first car i currently own. It is an 85' civic crx 1500 DX. I bought it off a private owner for $1700 and I instantly fell in love with it. It does however run on a carberuater, thats the only downside about the car i dont like. There isnt much mods to the car yet, the first thing I installed was a 350W Pioneer Sub and 550W Scosche Amp, which is powered by a kenwood satellite radio deck ($300). I took out the rusted stock muffler and put in a $140 Ractive Fireball slant cut muffler with silencer and bent piping to fit. It has a K&N air filter and A.F.E pvc piping. It has 14" American Racing rims on Firestone rubber. I also bought a Bulldog Alarm System..i guess just for the protection lol. The body has absolutely no rust consider its a 22 year old car, and still manages to run strong for the 86 some odd horsepower it has after the install of the muffler and filter. I plan to lower the front struts and put coil overs in the back...most likely also gettin an adjustable pan-hard bar.
The engine thats running in the car is a D15a2, and its a strong little engine If I got the money I would most likely get a D16a1, or even a B16 if I could dream of. Anyways, I know its a giant turd,and it may not run 12's, but I charish it and I've always wanted a CRX for my first car. Thanks for looking =)
