Here's my mostly stock 1999 White Diamond STS. I picked her up from a brother's friend's mom, I paid $7700 for car with 92k miles on her. She is in immaculate shape. I wasn't sure about white (that's what rental cars are colored), but the pearl effect is awesome and I'm falling more in love each day.

This car is a replacement vehicle, after I totaled my beloved 1995 Aurora. I tried to avoid a stopped car in front of me, served to the right, went down a ditch along side the road, jumped a driveway and ran through a telephone pole. Luckily the Aurora had enough mass to it, that it sheared the pole in half and kept going, instead of wrapping itself around the pole like a smaller/lighter car would have. Otherwise, I might not have been able to type this right now.

I have done a few upgrades, I tossed on my old set of GXPs on from my Aurora, and added polyurethane sway bar bushings and end links. I also did the intake "butt plug" mod (removed the upper resonator box) and tossed in a new K&N panel filter. The GXP rims are 18x8, wrapped in 255/45/18 BFGoodrich g-Force KDWs. Awesome tire with super high grip levels. With the poly upgrade and a perfectly working OE CVRSS, the STS handles awesome, nice and flat. The Aurora had less understeer, but I feel grip levels are higher in the STS.

I plan on doing lots more mods to the car. I'm so torn on installing an aftermarket stereo. The factory Bose is one of the best I've heard. I definitely would like more 'boom' from a real subwoofer though. I'm working on some cosmetic and interior mod ideas as well so stay tuned. New pics are here!!
