Seat Ibiza 2.0 GTi 2.0 16v
This is my first Seat Ibiza. Purchased in February 2007 it has been modified in a way that wasn't to my taste. See pics below.

An aftermarket body kit had been fitted along with a custom Powerflow exhaust. The car came with the standard rear bumper but no front.
My objective with this car was to return the spec to standard and then install subtle mods from there.
February 07 - Standard Exhaust
The Powerflow exhaust already installed on the car was very very loud and had affected the throttle response and was generally.. well horrible!
A standard exhaust was promptly ordered from Seat and installed. In the pics below you can see the difference in silencer size, I was shocked at the centre silencer.. it might has well have been a striaght through pipe!

Due to a missing clamp we had to manufacture one. Once installed the sound and throttle response were much improved. However due to our limitations with the homemade clamp the centre silencer knocked badly. Once the correct clamp was sourced I was able to position the silencer correctly.
It looked a bit daft having the hole in the mesh empty but this was only a temporary thing.

ICE Installation
The car had no stereo so I was keen to get my Alpine headunit and sub and amp into the car. The sub has taken up a considerable amount of boot space but I am planning to change to a smaller set up in the future.

March 2007 - Standard Front and Rear Bumpers
Having sourced a standard front bumper and splitter from Seat, I sent both off for spraying. Due to the bumper change the fogs lamps would no longer be of use meaning I would have to source some standard Seat ones. However, these are 75 plus VAT from Seat and copies are still 50 + VAT! I can't afford this at the moment so meshed the holes where they would normally be.
The car was now standard! Woop woop! Thanks to Gurdev @ SMC Seat Windsor
