A closer shot showing the US AMPS amplifiers.
Close-up showing the power and ground distribution. The main power cable is 1/0. I've used dual 2 guage for the grounds. Also visible is one of the KEF passive crossover networks.
Angle showing the US AMPS amplifiers and Phoenix Gold eq/crossover.
A front shot of the completed amp rack/enclosure. The rack covers are in place as are the woofers and grills. Of course, for safety, the whole thing is securely bolted down through the floor of the cab. This is one heavy S.O.B and would definitely do some serious damage if it became a projectile during an accident.
System layout .... Very simple as all active filtering and equalization are handled by a single processor, the EQ 215X. I used a limited number of quality components which, I think, made for a great sounding, simple system.
Thanks for taking a look.
