There isn't too many people around here that modify vans, but they have a lot of potential. You're well on your way. 5 stars homie

i bougth the HID kit and wired it up to my corner ligths so i wont have to turn on the headligths and then turn on the Fogs. if i am not mistaking they should be H3's also u will have to cut out the metal ball inside the housing so they could fit and also cut some of the plastic for so the bulb could fit. The door pillars where custom made. you have 3 options. 1. sand dem down and paint them again. 2. if you know some one that could fiber glass get them to do it with carbon fiber or 3. get the carbon fiber sticker at a autozone and try to be creative. Mine where feading too.
