Early Trunk Upgrade> May 07

May 5, 2007

I Decided to Upgrade my rear Stock 6x9's cuz to me they sound like shit and they have a foam covering over the cone that was ripping and rattling when bass hit so I decided it was time for them to go. Plus Im getting my 3 12's later this month so I figure it was a good time to get up in the trunk before it really got cramed n dat bitch.

I went with these...

The Dub Mag Audio D269 6x9's, They bang and the tweeters on them are clear as shit. I can crank my shit to max wit no distortion, they good for the price.

They sport a 40oz. magnet and are 200rms 400w peak also featuring a Highly polished top grill and the most part of what I like the best is that the cone is made from full Carbon fiber, all of it, not paper like some conventional speakers. (If you are an aurora owner you know that the 6x9's are not visible from inside the car on the rear deck so the dub grills are just for show, Ima use em later on for sumin)

While I was in the trunk, I'd figure I give yall a better shot of my jensen bandpass...

I like the fact that the battery is in the back seat, saved me money on Kicker 0 gauge wire that ran me 5$ a foot. I only needed 3 feet for my power wire.

Dats a rap Yall, Ima chill for a quick minute on da car but yea holla... Da Dubs knock perfectly, very clean for luxury but not too serious, but eventually I can see myself wanting more bass but I'll See...

Sick whip, where did you get those eyelids? Maaco paint job for $310? How'd you set that up? I want to get fresh paint for mine, but I don't feel like forking out $2500 to have it done.
