SlowLow03's 1954 International ScoutMost current pic, the rest ore on page 8.

PLEASE NOTE, THE NEW PAGES ARE IN THE BACK, THE FIRST ONE IS THE BEGINING, THE LAST PAGE IS MOST CURRENT. I WILL ADD NEW PICTURES SOON WITH THE CHEVY FRAME UNDER IT. THANKS FOR LOOKING!

After Looking for a old truck to build, my wife and I ran across this 1954 International Harvester R-100 short-box in field along with 4 other trucks for sale.
My Wife and I have starting to grind body to bare metal, Hammering out dents.
The truck is torn down to the frame rite now, as it will be getting a new IFS and a V8. The body is my main concern rite now, parts for these trucks a few and far. When it is roadworthy, it will start its new life as a rat rod, then down the road it will become a nice hot rod. Untill then it will be flat black primer and red rims with wide whites. check in a few months to see the improvements!
for more info on old IHC trucks, go to http://oldihc.org/

First day we looked at it.Someone had to save this classic! Why not me and my wife!

The tailgate needs alot of work also, If not replaced down the road. For now its a rat rod and it fits in just great!

And a pic of the rear frame members, you can see the very back one needs replacing. It will be reinforced alot back there for the rearend. Also to come is a C-notched frame. This truck is going to sit *LLLLOOOOWWWWW*

good looking IH, its good to see some of them get are getting finished, seems to be that alot of them end up as a project as the final resting place instead of the roads.
