This is my 2002 Trailblazer. I just put 22" Cabo Wheels wrapped in Falken Tires(265/35/22)on it. I also replaced the stock tail lights with new altezzas. On the inside, I replaced all my speakers and added a few. I went with CDT Audio and got the upstage kit which features a component set in the front, a rear fill set, and an upstage tweeter set for the dash. I got a SQ CDT 12" sub enclosed in a custom box made at Shockmann Audio in Stetsonville, WI. They also installed a JVC Multimedia System with 7" flipout monitor and a 15.4" flip down monitor in the back. There is a gamecube installed in the center console for the roadtrips. I just got new doorhandles, tinted the front windows, added a flush mount grill with a chrome bowtie on the front, and a blue underbody kit. I should have some new pics soon.
