Team Tangnga is a group I helped start back on the Island of Guam, that is where I am originally from. The group was founded by three guys, Kin Santos, Rowell Balan, and myself.
My first sealed box and my first 1st place USAC tophy, I did not think I was gonna place considering I had just built the box the day before, and the subs were brand new.
This is My MiniVan a 1997 Mercury Villager. It looks pretty plain, but the "WOW" effect seems to take place when my son and I occasionally walk up and accept our first place trophies, that is a pretty big thing for us, considering there is usually his car seat behind the drivers seat when I pull the van into the dB Drag Racing lanes at competitions.
This is my lovely wife Annie, this photo was taken at Disneyland last year when we first arrived to California last year.
This photo was taken at the end of the 2000 season, these trophies are what my kids seem to call their own trophies. Oh yeah, this was the ported enclosure my family and I made for the JL Audio 12W3 D-4's. You should see my son placing the screws in the pre-drilled holes after I drill them, he calls himself "Daddy's little Helper".
This photo was taken back home on the island of Guam, where Alma Gates came out to visit and attend as a special guest at one of the islands biggest car shows, she is posing with the Team Tangnga group back home.
For the 2001 dB Drag racing season, I have changed my amps and my subs for Crossfire's BMF line. Last year my highest SPL reading was 150.8, this year at my first event with the new subs and amps I have hit a personal high with the van with a reading of 152.1, for my first show and my first 1st place. The new photos will be up soon. Come back soon ......
Well I no longer own the minivan and it is out of competition, for I traded in the old girl for this...............
What do you think???????????????? I got this 2-Wheel Drive 1998 Ford Expedition XLT to compete with, wish me luck...........
