OK, some problems have been found, we new they were there but not to the extent that they were, soooo Time to gut it again and fix it all. My pocket is gonna hate me for this one!!! and the wife will too! here it goes, they do not make qtrs for this car and i was hoping to not do this until they did but we found ALOT of mud in the pass side, apparently the car was hit on that side just behind the door. the drivers side had a few small spots that needed attention but the pass side was way worse then we thought so time to break out the cutting wheel and have at it. Luckily i have a guy(friend or friend) who knows how to make quarters out of flat sheet metal. Man did i luck out! anyway here is the destruction and Reconstruction of my beautiful car.
Ill be posting them as we go so check back in..
The cutlass project is on hold for a bit, the gentelman and friend doing the body work has passed after a battle with cancer, He is one of the nicest guy you could ever meet, and he will be very missed. Rest in peace My friend.
