This car is my first mustang,it was bought in the end of march of 2006 while my wife was away on business. I walked in just as the weather started to get warm and the snow was starting to melt, i had a bit of money left from my recent tour in afghanistan so i said why not! I walked in and it was on the show room floor i said "I want that depending if the deal is right" So i walked out with all the options minus the 18" wheel and the shaker 1000 with 5000 off the car. So basically i got all the upgrades for free.

You might be wondering why the color...well my mother side of the family have been gear heads and mechanice for ford forever and as a kid they had a green 70 mustang (in much the same color as this) in the garage allways in some sort of repair or rebuild.

So back to the current story i went to the ford dealership and got a k and n cold air intake and a flowmaster exhaust on it.flowmaster exhaust k and n cold air intake
Then something horrible happend on the may 24 weekend i got rear ened by a 70 year old disabled man doing approx 100Km per hour while i was stopped at a stop light. This caused 10 K $ in damage and 2 months in the body shop! They did a good job on this thanks to a GM specific body shop.
Once i got the car again went to the nearest roush dealer and had a set of underdrive pulleys installed, and this made a big time difference!!underdrive pulleys installed

When the summer was nearly over i got a call saying i had 2 weeks before i deployed to afghanistan again, so i stored the car a bit early and off i went.I got back in march and took the car out of storage and (i had more money again) went once again to the ford dealership to get a set of ford racing 3.73 gears installed and bought a SCT 2 tuner for the car.

Now it is going in again to the bady shop to get the factory stripes deacls removed and painted on, all at the dealers dime! Thanks Ford
