The Bad:
~ Needs a header gasket, cost about $25 OEM from Honda, I just never got around to doing this yet, may be done before sale. Doesn't effect bikes performance at all, but sometimes exhaust smell comes up and is a nuisance lol
That's really it. It is a 1995 and not perfect, but overall it will get you out there on the road once the weather finally warms up. The bike really is alot of fun to drive, and won't give you any major problems.
Condition:
Overall the bike is in great shape. I'm the 3rd owner and the bike has never been down to my knowledge. Myself and previous owner took good care of this bike. The paint does have a few scratches here and there, but nothing that can't be buffed out. I was actually planning on repainting the bike Grand Prix White (pretty much same shade of white as it is). From about 5-10 feet away, bike looks brand new. Tires are in great shape, rear tire replaced last August. Clutch is tight and grabs like new. Rides straight as an arrow with no wobbles whatsoever! Starts right up, but when its cold maybe 2-3 turn overs, but will never leave you stranded. Tight chain, No leaks of any kind, no overheating, just a great bike! It's been good to me, very fast for a 600. Don't let the mileage scare you! Buyer will not be disapointed!
Things that I may still do to the bike before sale are as follows...
~ Repaint Bike GPW
~ Polish Lip on Wheels
~ Replace Front Brake Pads (Still good, just needs done eventually)
~ Spring Tune-up (Oil, Plugs, Wires, Etc.)
IF I DO happen to do these things, the price will be affected. I'll let the bike go now for just $3,200 OBO and I'll include anything I have for it ( Battery Charger, Spare Parts, Receipts) I'm still on the fence on doing this stuff, it's up to the buyer weather I'll do the work myself or not.
