Bought this last year in June and this is what it looked like.
The first thing I had to do was a hitch for my trailer. I decided to save a little money so I got the hitch at the wrecking yard and while I was there I found thase wheels for $150.
Once I got the hitch for my trailer done I had to remove the running boards and replace them with Smitty Built nurf bars tho they were used and not the correct fitment, I had to weld up some brackets to mount them.
OOOPPPSSS!!!!that sucks but I fixed it other then the paint and added airbags in the rear to level the Runner.
Next project was to get my winch out of my garage and onto my Runner. I thought about the ways to mount it and decided to build a custom bumber.
I decided to use a stick of 6" structural "C" channel cut some notches made some bends welded up what needed welding and it was done, yeah if it was only that fast. Took me about two weeks after work and on weekends. The guys at work sow it and I already have two orders just trying to figure out a price before painting...the bending and welding could be done in about a day, what do you think I should charge for it?
