Being Painted

AFTER

Then Install of front air dam

Of course painting that to match the rear. I was undecided on this and now think maybe I should've left it all red. So next time I have paint work done it will go back to all red.

AFTER

Coating my crossover pipe with ceramic for heat reduction under the hood.

Install of the fuel rails, and injectors. This was a big deal for me being the fuel system and didnt want any errors. I have to say a huge thanks to Paul at PRJ Performance. His product is high quality and they came with about 20 pages of instructions and pictures to follow.

Installation of the Chromed parts

New Badge overlays

Decided to paint trim parts for the interior Gloss Black. A lot of sanding and coats of black and clear. Inspiration from will castro at Unique Auto. tis can be bought online for about 400 bucks. I spent a lot of hours but out of pocket was about 50 bucks. No fancy paint booth. Just my garage, spray gun, and a halogen lamp to speed up curing.

I polished every bolt, nut, and bracket I could. Amazing how well anything aluminum or Stainless steel buffed up to a mirror finish. Out of pocket for this about 30 bucks. Home depot for a buffing wheel and a fine wire wheel. A few sticks of compound and I used my grinding wheel. Took off the grinding stones and put on the buffers.

Teaching my son about buffing. He was helping all he could.
