Summer Maintenance 2011: Day 3
I purchased a new breaker bar and some vice grips to continue the work on Day 3. The breaker bar was needed to remove the exhaust manifold from the engine block. The vice grips were needed so I could (attempt) to remove the broken stud from the exhaust manifold. I also removed the Lower Intake Manifold (LIM), and despite a dirty gasket and some carbon buildup from the exhaust leak, everything looks to be in great condition.
