This is my 1989 supra. I just baught it a few months ago. asadler1's 1989 Toyota Supra
For one the rear diff was bad. the motor had a nocking noise. and a couple of other small things. Sence i have gotten it i have blown the motor completely rob threw the side of the motor and i was picking some rod and piston parts out of the oil pan. So i pulled it out and also found that the clutch was almost gone. So i have gotten a new motor straight from Japan with no emissions on it ha ha ha. New clutch, i have also gotten 18" BSA rims ans tires. As u can see it has gotten 4 point harnesses installed. There were also no ebrake pads that set me back $125 for shoes. New rear end. new passenger side mirror, had to rehang the passenger side door and a new fender up fromt from the door sagging. There was a couple small spots of rust that have been taken care of. It has more goodies comming and i will be up dating. Like a new paint job and mabye some nos.

i have added more pics and i am still in the process of hooking up the motor. Getting a motor from japan is not as easy as u think i am still dealing with the numerous differences from japan. If u are thinking about doing this ask me there are manu things that lots of books and others will not tell u. i am not done yet but when i finish i will update again.

Nice progress! The two-tone look is nice, and the wheels look great on it.

Hey man, about your paint....You didn't have any body work to do like block sanding or any kind of patch work to do? Also hook me up with the info on how you did it. Like what paint, and the PSI and other crap like that. I want to save as much as possible. I just have a few bumps and dents to fix and I don't know crap about fixing them. Also I don't know what to offer for the doors. And those rims! I love them. Let me know how much for everything. Including shipping.

Well the Supra I have is actually not an american version. It's from here in Europe. I wouldn't even know what to offer for those hinges. Also I was wondering if you have anything left from the Supra.

Let me know if you are still selling the lambo hinges. Also let me know how hard it was for the engine swap. I am about to start tearing mine apart due to a BHG. Hoping that a new gasket will fix it.
