Welcome to my page! This is my first car but unfortunately I do not own it anymore. A few months ago a drunk old man crashed into my car while it was parked in my driveway :( . I thank god no one was around to get hurt. Sadly it was considered total loss by the insurance company ahh.
I bought this 1997 Jetta Wolfsburg Edition back in 2006 and it was my first car. It only had 48,000 km / 30,000 miles on it when it came into my possesion. When it was totalled a few months ago, it only had about 78,000 km/ 48,000 miles on the odometer. It was still pretty young! There were no traces of rust on it.
Throughout the two years that I have owned it, I have learned alot about cars and i'm sad that I didn't get to complete my vision for this car. I modded it the most I can (on a student salary lol) and in the following pages, you can see the things I bought for it.
I had alot of plans for this like turbo-ing the 2.0L or maybe swapping in a 1.8t but I guess these plans have to wait for my next mk3!
