I went out today and bought some materials today to do my lift I got the idea from someone else here on cardomain but I did change it a bit. Instead of using 3 inch square tube,I am using 1.5 in by 2 in rectangular channel and with the original body bushing I will obtain a 2 in lift and not have to change much. I will not have to use the two bolts shown either! the stud is long enough that when the blocks are inserted I will still have enough thread to safely
put the stock nut back on . here is a pic of the idea that the other guy used . oh by the way I forgot his name on here but he does have a good idea and with his setup you will have to use the two bolts so kudos to you my friend you got the wheels rolling in my head! Now all I have to worry about is if the steering will bind or not when I do it!

That's a crazy paint scheme. Ready to defend the country or go fishing. Neat idea though.

Do a turbo 3.8L like the grand nationals. I had a 83 buick that I was going to turn into a G.N. clone. If you are going to do the engine swap might as well do it all the way.
