Yvan's 1988 Toyota Van AWD

Theses are pictures of my Toyota van 4x4 (her name is actually Vanessa) during a trip from eastern Quebec to Yukon during summer 2005. We also drove throught Alaska, Okanagan Valley and northern Alberta. Almost 40 000km in 6 months!!

Nice van man! J'ai un 89 4X4 automatique mais j'aurais pr��f��r�� un cargo 4X4 manuel. Ici, �� Montr��al, j'ai un copain qui en a trois, dont un campeur dans un cargo 4X4 (il en a vendu un qu'il avait mont�� �� un client qui lui a offert 10 000$!). Esp��re vous faire rencontrer bient��t. I own a 89 4X4 automatic, but I would have chosen a cargo 4X4 manual, if I have found it. Here, in Montreal, I have a friend who own three of those vans and he made a camper in a cargo 4X4 (he sold it 10 000$ to somebody who offered it to him!). Hope to meet you with him pretty soon.

hello yvan do you speak french? nice to ear from a buddy from quebec, i'm from gatineau and moved in alberta since june 2007, i drove here in 2006 with my 88 toyota van ... amazing those van!!! sylvain my ID is sylda on this site

your van is sweet. I have a '86 2 wheel drive 5 speed with 81k
original miles. I put a add a leaf 3" lift on the rear with 3/4
ton 4x4 shocks, I had a tow hitch installed and wired 4 a trailer,
yakama rack, clutch, tires, stereo, radar. I call it the egg van.
