What a saga!!! Here we are again putting yet another motor in this thing!!! Apparently you can't put S5s in a Redhead. That little project anihilated the whole valve train. After the destruction I find out that the Euro SR20DE has different everything. The head, the valves, pistons, etc... So, now that that motor is now history including my S5s, it's now time to put in my last motor. I've now got a garden variety SR20DE from japan, your basic silverhead, ya know 9.5:1 compression nothing fancy motor. I've installed a new set of S5s in it and have proceded to install it. The amount of damage to the redhead was amazing. Something about having to have the exact installed valve height to have S5s work properly. So after throwing that head away as it was cracked and bent and generally destroyed from running in my garage we're back to basics with this silverhead. And yes I know it has a red valve cover. This is the valve cover I had powdercoated. The silver valve cover looks like crap so...Here are some pics from the swap:

Great Build Jon! I'm hoping my NA build will be just as good!

Nice build. The header is a little too much for me on the design, something I would expect in a cramped space for a turbo setup, but not an N/A. Other than that, i love it
