Man I do agree about the Mustang that is a sharp car some custom wheels not to heavy and some flow masters for starters.Mine is still stock I just got mine in November of 2008.Want to see what yours would look like in red, check out mine. You have a sharp car I think that not much needs to get done to these cars they are hot the way they are. Check out mine tell me what you think !! See Ya..

Pretty nice base to start modding, from what I can tell. I voted for rims - get the lightest, strongest, widest wheels you can afford and that will fit. Keep the rears a few sizes larger than the fronts. That will set the car up to want to understeer, which will make it more predictable and easier to drive. Also, it will allow the rear wheels to have more rubber for any power upgrades you make later.

Second mod from your list I would make is the sound system. That 23-24 year old stock system won't last too long, mine just went out. So a new head unit, better speakers, new wiring, and maybe a 12" sub will be about all you need (and an amp of course ;D).

Once you get that done, I would go with some cams, headers, and an exhaust. Minimum. This will make the car much more responsive and faster throughout the powerband. Plus, it will sound very, very nice. And everybody loves a good looking and sounding car. Just make sure to check the emissions laws in your area for that cat and exhaust. I feel that it won't be long before the gov't really starts to build up pressure in some of the states that actually care.

I'd then tell you about more engine mods, the different routeds of forced induction, and other big power plans, but I'm under the impression that you are more concerned with looks for the time being. So about those lambo doors... I think they would look awesome. But they are pricesy and fitment will be an issue, so you will have to make sure you buy a high quality set. And as for the hood... what hoods? I nhave yet to see any good-looking hoods made for this generation Corvette. So what are your plans there?

Hope this helps
-Josh

Wow, Lambo doors? Please don't, This is a Corvette, not a Honda Civic. My Corvette is also stock, I'm also wondering what to mod on it as well, but for now I'm leaving mine stock. The car is beautiful as is, I'd take that mustang off your page for starters, Then Prolly go with an exhaust for starters

nice hedders and a free flowing exhaust would be a good first step if you want to make it go quick.. i would make it fast first then worry about lambo doors and stuffl ike that.. very nice lookin vette though... check out my vette sometime maybe a set of rims like mine would look good too
