I love your attention to detail. The coupe looks fantastic. I did an 'Auto-biography on the 39 V8 over at a site that 'Fireball22' and I put together called www.nascar-gas.com
I invite you to check it out. Afterall, it was coupe's like yours that set Nascar into gear. The Ford Coupe was also the Whiskey Tripper's car of choice when being pursued by revenuers. Do you perchance know what factory your car came from? If infact your car is a local car, the chance it came from the factory in Atlanta (Ponce De Leon Ave, no longer in operation) is strong. The chance it may have transported Whiskey could be strong too. You could well have a real legend on your hands!

Nice car!

Hello, I'm new to the post and I am glad that I am a member now, You have a very sweet ride, I wanted to ask you a question? I have found a 1939 five window coupe. The Ford has all the parts in tack. The only thing I saw wrong was four flat tires. The Ford has a flat head v-eight, two tone, and a lot of cobwebs. The gentleman that is selling it is asking 16,000.00 for it. I got him down to 12,000.00. I think that is still to high for the price, or am I wrong? No rust or dent's. It looks like it just came out of the Ford Factory. It has been siting for a long time, ten years plus. Is 12,000.00 right?
