My moms old car is a 1988 Dodge Aries. Yes its one of the infamous K-cars. With its 2.5 TBI coupled with a 3spd auto ur crusin in style with this ride.

Bought slightly used in 1989 my dad installed extra chrome trim, a hood ornament, cruise control and a few other things back when it wasn't so old. Thank god this car is grey and mostly garage kept, those beige or blue k cars look terrible these days.

You always get funny looks driving this boaty wagon around where I live. Neibours have predominently new asian and european cars, so its not exactly kosher. Fun just the same to drive it like a maniac. The look in the face of the guys drivin' their new 7 series sitting in a left turn lane as an Aries comes barreling down the street trying to make a right turn at high speeds narrowly missing their car due to hiddeous understeer is priceless.
The cars got nice paint still considering the age. Its got an AM/FM radio, 2 blown speakers, 2 that work. Its got ice cold AC. 200000km on the clock, only 100000kms on its second set of tires mounted on the origional 14" steel wheels with origional wheel covers. When I tell this to people reactions vary.

The car costs nothing to maintain (literally: oil change and thats it), gets decent mileage and is a somewhat comfy ride with its dual bench seats.
Tell me what you think of this pimpin ride!
