After Purchasing my very first MX-3 RS I fell in love with the MX-3. it wasn't until after i purchased my first MX-3 did i realize that some came stock with a V6. After I spent considerable time restoring the SOHC 4cyl, my garage space reserved for project cars has been empty for a considerable amount of time. After doing some research, and taking great care to get a deal on a V6, I stumbled upon this 1992 MX-3 GS. the downside was it was an automatic. the upside was the fact that the automatic tranny went out. and also, looking for a project car that I was, i got a considerable discount on the car ($400 cash). So the engine runs, and its very clean. but it going to be in the garage for a while as I swap it from an auto to a manual. I'll post pictures of this job later. After all is said and done, i will be selling my RS :( but not before i take all the exterior and interior styling and put it onto the GS (altezzas and steering wheel ect).

I'll start with a before and after:

As for future plans, i don't have much in mind other than a KL-ZE engine swap and a fresh glossy white paint job. I don't intent to put on a body kit, or even worse, throw on a whack aluminum spoiler, I'll keep it clean thank you very much ;)

The beautiful V6 (much later i plan to swap the 1.8L V6 K8 engine (with 130 HP stock) with a 2.5L V6 KL ZE (with 200 HP stock)):

This is my car after it saw sunlight for the first time after being in the garage for 5 months for the automatic to manual swap (note also I painted the GS lip, the accord side skirts, and my mudflaps since then):
