Old Shots/My Wife's Car

Newest shot with the new Veilside V.2 carbon fiber rear wing
Nice rear angled shot of the car
WIDE ASS looking rear end, I love this wing, some say it looks like a drag wing, I think it looke like a Porsche wing!

You can see the custom painted portion of the front bumper here

After the LED tails were on, the mirrors and tint on, but the drop is still to come! Need to close that fender gap!
Here it is after the drop springs were installed, definately noticeable in the rear!
Another side after the drop shot
And another
The new JSP vented cf hood installed

The top of the car is a stock dark/slate metallic black/gray color which included the hatch, roof, pillars, hood, portion of the front bumper, and along the upper sides of the car (door and fenders) as well.
Here is a closeup of the rear lip bumper, looks pretty low as you can see, this is after the springs were installed.
The custom installed Mercedes AMG fender vents are molded into the body. They are painted with silver metallic accents including a matching stripe which extends down the door to the rear wheel which matched well with the body lines.

The car was missing the mirrors and that was too dangerous to drive like that so I ordered a set of Blue/tinted F1 style mirrors and installed them. I know some of you might not like these, but they work quite well! And it sure beats $500 for a set of stock mirrors from the dealership!

These are freshly brand new and installed 19-inch LUFF Racing Wheels (Style is M-1). They are competition gold center finish with a polished lip. Size is 19X8.5 in the front and 19X10.5 in the rear. Looks great on a RWD car!

My Wife's 1.8T Jetta:

How the Jetta started, STOCK with stock 17s (the nicest 17s they make the VW tho) But still stock in everyway!
First addition, Holly pickes out smoked taillights that she liked.
Next addition, Holly picked out black housing angel eye headlights for the car. I installed in the High beam spot an aftermarket HID kit which took some rigging to install and I had to drill out the hole a bit bigger to fit the bulb in there.
Then came the GLI front end lip, painted to match the carand also replaced the ugly normal stock grill with "VW" on it with a black mesh grill insert also painted to match the car color.
Holly being from PA loves Penn State!
I added a painted rear deck lid trunk wing with a 3rd brake light. Holly picked this one out and I had it painted. I really like the addition. Also painted the rear lower lip to match the car.

The final result. Also had to buy a set of lowering springs and put the Dropzone 2-inch drop in there along with aftermarket black 18-inch rims/tires that Holly also picked out.
-She is very happy with how her car looks and that's what matters most when people enjoy what they drive!

11/3/07 picture with my wife's Jetta. We have been working on that currently. This was the day after we put in the 2 inch drop and the black rims. Other mods include a custom stereo system, rear deck lighted wing, smoked tiallights, black headlights with halos rings and HID kit inside, Black mesh custom center grill replacing the stock grill with VW logo, GLI lower front painted lip, painted rear lip as well.
