Had crankwalk on my 1jzgte.....in the process of putting another 1jz and rebuilding the body. Due to financial instability I dragged this rebuild and new engine on ever since I put it in the shop July 2nd 2005 until now. Recently we have made good progress this last 3 months and are almost finished with the body....now the problem is I'm trying to get someone to program the TEC3 stand alone ECU to run the VVT-i. I'm a street tuner so I'm not really bent on massive power. I don't intend to go over 475rwhp.
Fuel tank and spare tire casing was so rusted that I decided to go for a fuel cell.

1jz-gte vvti.....decided not to use the head since its so complicated to tune.
Some suspension work being done. Tanabe GF210 springs with Tokico blue cheese. Overall drop is about 1 inch. Which to me is perfect.
Hooking up the Tec3 stand alone and some fuel enrichment. Just enough to run it to see if everything works fine. It will be tuned on the dyno.
