Traded June 26th, 2010 for a 1995 Land Rover Discovery. Being my first car I figured I would keep this page alive.

This is my baby, a 1970 1/2 Ford Falcon.

The Falcon came with an abused 250ci I6 that was linked to a FMX transmission. I swapped both for a 302ci V8 with a C-6 transmission, and relocated the "Three on the Tree" shifter to an automatic floor shifter using a B&M Z-Gate painted to match the interior, a medium blue. The engine is all game with roller rockers, 10:1 compression, Ceramic-coated Hooker Competition Headers, Dual 2.5" Exhaust with Flowmaster 30's and without catalytic convertors, chrome oil pan, Typhoon polished aluminum intake, Edelbrock 600cfm carb, comp cams cam, lifters, and springs, chrome-moly pushrods, HEI distributor, Holley chrome oil pump, mustang polished aluminum brackets(i havent seen them on anything else though...), tall chrome valve covers, all attached to a purple 302 from a 1979 LTD. I'm 18 and this is my first car.

I love sticking to original equipment, but this car was the bottom line torino, and wasn't even optioned up. no a/c (for now), no tach(for now), no clock. It did come from the previous owner with 7 Magnum 500 wheels! (14x7) I kept the 14 by 7s in the front but put 15 by 10s in the back with fat rubber. i had to trim the axle to make them fit!

Very nice car! Reminds me a lot of me building my Torino up - upgrading the engine, the sound system, and ya my Torino came with rubber mats, too, which I've actually grown to like! Sad to hear you are thinking of selling her. I can see you put a lot of TLC into her. I'd say, if there is any way you can keep her to do it, you will be glad you did in the years to come because they are not making Torinos any more.
