heres my 1989 pontiac grand am. i got it march 24 2007 at a public auction. i didnt actually bid on this, my father did as a spur of the moment out of excitement i guess, and i ended up paying for it. i was actually hoping to get a ex taxi 2003 impala, but someone out bid me. the impala had a few good dings and high millage, but it would have been bought as a bonker until i got the new yorker on monday. this grand am has almost no rust, only the right rear do has rust and near the right corner of the trunk. no rust anywhere else. i have no plans for this since it will be gone shortly. its a great car, so far no problems, ill be selling it for 1000$ certified
the interior is in pretty good shape, a few stains and a crack on the dash. its not something im used to, its quite a step down from a luxury car ive had for years. the stereo has some nice boom to it though.
its got a nice fuell efficient 4 banger, very clean under the hood.

i changed the brakes which were well over due. i changed all lights, bought a new lens cover for a fog light and got it working. ill check the rear brakes soon and it sould be off for a cert very soon. i cleaned it up and parked it out front to show it off and maybe catch the eye of someone needing a car.

quick rip from beach to my house
well, the grand am is gone.i brought it for the mechanical and it needed enough work
the rear wheel wells were completely rotted out. there was a hole in the driver side floor, a hole in the door post, needed a rack and pinion and a gas tank. i scrapped it for 166$. not bad, only paid 50$ for it
