The teardown begins Replacing the pass side rockers and cab corners. Chip Bare Autobody 513-353-9085 Chip giving me a hand glueing in the patch panels! The original bed was full of rust and bondo so I bought a bed from the junkyard Roll pan screwed on. Typical of AIM products, fit is crap. A 2x4 with a hammer and a little welding, it fits great! There was a ton of scratches in the paint as well as 2 layers so I chose to strip it. Thats all the paint from both bed sides! Bondo work started on the bottom of the bed. It looked like the bed was droped because all the lower sections were bent in. 98% of it came out with nothing more than a rubber mallet! Ready for primer and a guide coat
1-start 2-rust repair and body work 3-new body parts installed 4-paint 5-suspension 6-electronics 7-finished!

whats goin on? sick daily driver. i know u have over 200k on it, did it have any engine problems when u got rid of it?

nice lookin truck man! hey what kind of roll pan is that? i got an abs plastic one right now but i wana shave a steel one this winter assuming that urs is steel. but i cant seem to find one that style that is steel thx for the help
