These are some of the Awards "Money Pit" has earned, some are from shows that we took the Bronco to in 2008 and 2009, the most recent being shown at the end of this page. The best award came from CarDomain, "Money Pit" was featured as "Showoff of the Week" Feb. 25th 2008. My Bronco was also a featured ride in the Nov/Dec 2008 Issue #36 of "Bronco Driver Magazine"!

Money Pit In Bronco Driver Magazine

This is a very proud moment for me and Rob, being able to show off "Money Pit's" story in Bronco Driver Magazine! It was the featured Readers Story in issue #36 and they gave "Money Pit" 3 whole pages! A very special thanks to John Goethert, the publisher of Bronco Driver Mag and to the photographer Scott Carstens! Scott is my oldest Bro and an awesome photographer.....thanks again Scott....the pics turned out great! I was very pleased that they allowed me to tell all their reader's my Synthetic oil of choice, of course that's Mobil 1! And like I said in the story.....Nothing but the best for my Bronco!

Having "Money Pit" reach the status of top Ford on CarDomain the week it was awarded Showoff Of The Week really topped off the whole thing! It also acheived an Overall Rating of 115 out of all 574,000 rides at the time! 

"Money Pit" Was Awarded 2nd Place in the Cool City Classic Car Show June 28th 2008, This is the 1st trophy win for "Money Pit" and I am very proud of it! We had some tough competition as there were some really nice trucks with all the trimmings there, amazing....all the really nice trucks were Fords! The show was held in Two Rivers Wisconsin, they did an excellent job with their show and we already plan to be there next year.

"Money Pit" Was Awarded 1st place in the St. Mary's Car and Tractor Show June 29th 2008, again there was alot of tough competition. I am really pleased with this trophy cause we beat out the F150 with a body kit and lambo doors that had edged us out in a few other shows! This show was held in Belgium Wisconsin and was alot of fun, plenty to eat and drink and great door prizes. We are going to hit this one next year for sure.

The most memorable trophies for "Money Pit" have all come from CarDomain, I was selected as the Grand Prize Winner in the "Mobil-ize Your Ride Page Contest"! That means I am going to be at the 51st Daytona 500 on February 15th, 2009....How awesome is that? I also won a cool $1000 too! Thanks CarDomain and Mobil, going to the Daytona 500 is a dream come true!

We had an awesome time in Daytona and it was definately worth doing every crazy thing that I did to win the trip! Please check out the pics and vids of my trip to the Daytona 500 on page 6.

"Money Pit took 1st at the All Ford Show in Oshkosh Wisconsin on July 5th 2008. The show Planes Manes And Automobiles is a large all Ford show that is growing and gaining popularity among Ford showgoers. It is held on the EAA Air Museum grounds and it is a great place for a show. This was an awesome win for "Money Pit" and it was really cool to see so many dynamite Stangs together in 1 place!

"Money Pit" placed 1st at the Ducktona 500 Car Show in Sheboygan Falls Wisconsin on July 6th 2008. It was a really good time, these crazy people race these plastic ducks down a river.......21,000 ducks that is...all at one time! Raffle tickets are sold and the numbers on the ticket represent 1 duck in the race, they sold a butt load of those tickets! This was one of the finest shows I have been to this year, there was a ton of really rare classics and cool rides. We beat out some really nice trucks.....even a huge monster truck but it seems the Bronco is getting some real respect at the shows now!

"Money Pit" placed 1st at the French Creek Car, Truck and Tractor show in Francis Creek Wisconsin on July 12th 2008. We also received the long distance award, what a nice show they run there....we will be back for this one next year! I was told by one of the judges that we just missed out on the people's choice award by a vote......that makes me feel great even though we didn't get it!

"Money Pit" placed 1st in the 4x4 class at The Fox Lake Firefighters Classic Car Show in Fox Lake Wisconsin on July 26th 2008. It was an excellent show that was 100% judged, we do much better in judged events and the judges at Fox Lake were very thorough! This is an excellent show that is well managed.....probably the best run show in Wisconsin aside from the big one in Iola WI. My hat is off to the Fox Lake Fire Dept., you guy's really know how to put on a car show!

Once again, The Bronco placed 1st in the Modified Truck Class at The Donges Bay Clubhouse Classic Cars Show on July 27th 2008. A local show in Meqoun Wisconsin put on by a very fine establishment that I have been known to have tipped a few beers at over the years, we got a meddalion instead of the standard trophie we have been getting. What an excellent addition to our fast growing collection!      

"Money Pit" won the Modified Truck Class at the Unique Classic Car Club's Annual All Make Car Show in Milwaukee Wisconsin on August 3rd 2008. It was the club's biggest event for the year and it drew some very impressive rides, the show was held at the old AMF Bowlero on the west side of Milwaukee. They had a pretty good deal going for those that brought show cars, charging only a $1 a game but I passed and choose to stay with the Bronco and sweat in the parking lot.

A pair of wins the past weekend, "Money Pit" was awarded 1st place in the 4x4 class at the 27th Annual Kiel Custom Street Car Show & Swapmeet in Kiel Wisconsin 0n August 17th 2008. The Bronco also placed 1st in the Modified Truck class at the Custom Cruzer Street Rod and Car Show in Milwaukee Wisconsin on August 16th 2008 in Milwaukee Wisconsin.

"Money Pit" Was Awarded 1st place in the 4x4 Open Class at a great little show in Janesville Wisconsin on August 23rd 2008, the "Jesus Built My Hot Rod Car Show" was a really great time and we made some more good freinds.

"Money Pit" was awarded 2nd place in the 4X4 Class at Street Scene's 8th Annual Car Show in Manitowac Wisconsin on Sunday, August 31st 2008. While we have been enjoying finishing 1st for quite a number of shows, this trophie is very special to me. This was the first time Rob took the Bronco to a show without dad doing all the talking to the judges, Sheri and I were on a trip out west and I think Rob did a great job of showing "Money Pit"! Way to go Rob, and congratulations on your first solo show trophie!

 The Bronco was awarded 1st place in the the SUV/4X4 class at the Pryde In Your Ryde Car Show in Little Chute,WI on 6/6/09

Money Pit placed 1st in the truck class at the Relay For Life Classic Car Show in Milwaukee, WI on 6/13/09

Here is a win at the Cool City Classic in Two Rivers, WI in the truck class. We also won a trophie there in 2008, they really have a nice show and it is hard to win there because they really draw in some nice rides, so a win again in 2009 was thrilling!

The Bronco was awarded 1st place in the 4X4 class at the National Guard Armory All Car Show in Madison, WI on 7/5/09

This was a real solid win for the Bronco, we took 1st place in the 4X4 class at the French Creek Days Car Show in Francis Creek, WI on 7/11/09....There was some pretty hot rides there and a guy with a huge monster Chevy Blazer was not happy about getting beat by the Bronco....lol

We took the Bronco to the Cruisin Wisconsin Car Truck and Cycle Show in Blanchardville, WI on 7/12/09 The Bronco was awarded 1st in the 4X4 class, this show really had some fine cars and trucks and we were lucky to win here!

The Bronco was awarded 1st in the 4X4 class at the Showtyme Customs Classic Car Show in Cedar Grove, WI on 7/18/09.....I was told that we just missed out on Best of Show for the trucks!

 We won this trophie in Janesville, Wisconsin at a great little show called....."Jesus Built my Hot Rod Car Show" in July 2009. We won there the previous year and returned because it was such a nice show, with lots of great rides on display!

 "Money Pit" was awarded 1st place in the 4X4 Class at Street Scene's 9th Annual Car Show in Manitowac Wisconsin in August 2009. Rob took the Bronco to this show in 2008 and came away with 2nd place, now it was mine and Sheri's turn to try and impress some tough judging. Oh Yeah!!!! We brought home a solid 1st place finish....Way to go "Money Pit" and special thanks to the best detailer...Sheri!

 We won this trophie at an awesome show held next to the beautiful shores of lake Michigan in Sheboygan, Wisconsin at the Kettle Morrain Corvette Clubs annual car and truck show in September 2009. Lots of awesome cars and trucks on display......over 300 of them!

 A sweet win here in September 2009! The "Saukville in September Car/Truck/Cycle Show" had some of the finest cars and trucks I have seen in shows in 2009, they had well over 350 show cars and trucks and all of them were premium.....I felt VERY LUCKY to win at this show as my class was loaded with competition......How does a 93 Bronco beat out a killer 42 Willys???? I'll Take It!

We had a real slow start for the 2009 show season in Wisconsin, but the Bronco is sure ending it with a bang! The Bronco was awarded 1st in the 4x4 class at 6th Annual Show And Shine show in Francis Creek, WI on September 19th, 2009. When Rob and I pulled up to the show, we were astonished at the number and quality of rides in our class. I feel very fortunate to have won a trophie at this show at all.....let alone win my class!

The last show of the 2009 season, 1st place in the modified truck class and an award for "the best family project" at the Kingdom Car Show in Sheboygan, WI in October 2009
