Hey mate, I'm looking to get a spoiler similar to yours to fit onto my Forester. Are they easy to put on?

Do you know anyuone that makes sway bars for my year? Thats what I am having troubles with finding parts for my car. I know they make sway bars and stuff for your year but none for any of the years below a 04. Or is it all universal?
