This is my 1985 Pontiac Parisienne. Its been a really nice car. I bought the car July 1, 2001. I bought the car in junk conditon. It was in need of heavy work. It was used for a work car and it was dirty inside and out. So i started working on the car little by little adding some stuff each time. I bought the car when it had 252,000 miles on it, and as of now November 4, 2002 it has 315,000 miles on it and still runs great. When i went to pick up the car it was not running, unsure of what was wrong with the engine. The person did not want to stick any money to get it running. So i did, did not take much to get it running, just a fuel pump, and a starter. I think the starter seized up after it has been sitting for a while. I take this car all over the U.S. It has a 305 cu. in. Engine. 4 speed automatic transmission with overdrive. Since the engine has 315,000 miles on it, its getting tired and i am trying to find a decent 350 Chevy Engine. Nothing with computerized. And if possible a transmission with overdrive.
