After the accident i picked up a z24 hood, fender and other parts from the wrecker. I had 2 fix the hood a little and paint the parts

I did the repair myself except from a little help from my co-workers. The repair only cost about me about $300.

Yo and thanks for the shift kit link, that looks pretty promising if I don't do the motor swap and keep it auto, cuz that auto is definately my weak link. I hadn't found that site before, I really appreciate it man, thanks. :)

Hey man, thanks for the comment! :) Yeah 300 was just an estimate, I was hoping to use a larger turbo than the Grand Prix's stock one I just wanted the manifold and oil lines etc. But now I'm actually thinking of swapping in the 3.6 from a G6 GXP, a friend of mine works for a dealership, and he thinks he can get one for pretty cheap so we'll see how that works out. Also I was wondering if you knew of anywhere I could find a carbon fiber hood that would fit our cars, I like the look and I can't seem to find one anywhere, so any help with that would be appreciated. Thanks again bro, take it easy.

Hey man nice ride, lovin the speaker setup concept. My '79 sunbird unfortunately only has one speaker on the dash board for the AM radio hahah, so im trying to figure out a slick way to mount some speakers in it without having to fuck up the original interior. im thinking about building separate housing boxes for each speaker and then mounting them on the driver/passenger sides by the feet aiming towards the seats. im not sure exactly how im gonna go about it but i know once my baby's on the road it wont be long before i go crazy with out some type of stereo setup. For now a FM Transmitter will have to do.. But check out my bird lemme know what u think and check out/join my sunbird group: JOIN THE PONTIAC SUNBIRD GROUP, support us with that sunbird. We're a small population of pontiac owners and lovers that are the underdog of the classic/muscle car group. These cars have alot of potential and not many people know it or see it. And the older Sunbirds are becoming harder and harder to find so why not be proud of owning one, show the damn thing off even if its beat up! What've you got to lose? http://groups.cardomain.com/groups/22210/pages/23596
